I wish someone had told me what I'm
going to tell you. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation. A lot of
mistakes. It would have smoothed my pathway to success.
I will smooth your pathway, as long as
you hang in for the journey.
I'm a boomer. Some of you may have
issues with boomers. I’m not sure why exactly, because we can help you.
Boomers are still an important
influence in your life. You may be hired by boomers. Boomers may well sign your
paycheck. You may report to them. They could be your CEO!
So you do need to know what makes boomer
tick. Right now, they are often in the driver’s seat. They won't be forever.
But they are your opportunity of a lifetime. They can mentor you, encourage
you, and share their experience.
Their knowledge can smooth your pathway
to success.
